A celebration of flavours, bursting with stone fruits, florals and lime, Alejandria is a lovely brew that can be enjoyed throughout the year.
Once hand-picked and received at the processing facility, the coffee cherries undergo traditional washed processing, after which they are placed in solar dryers till a target moisture level is internally achieved. A fruit-forward and perfectly balanced flavour profile unfolds in the cup, complexities that go from hot to cold.Named after the fabled Egyptian city of Alexandria, the farm is located in Acevedo, bordering Ecuador, a region known to produce some of the highest quality coffee beans in Colombia. In naming the farm so, the producers behind this lot believe it to bring good fortune to those in pursuit of excellence - a result in the cup that we can’t deny.
